What's Next in Dairy Farming

Today, futurist Jack Uldrich speaks on "The Future of Agriculture" for the American Dairy Products Institute's (ADPI) 2017 Annual Conference in Chicago

The ad campaign "Got Milk" is becoming a serious global question in need of an answer. The prediction is that by 2020, several countries outside North America will have a large deficit in dairy production and they will rely heavily on imports from U.S. dairy farmers.

What does this mean for American dairy producers?

I'm confident innovative farmers and agri-businesses will step up to the plate (no pun intended) and meet the rising global challenges of feeding the growing world population.

Jack Uldrich, Agriculture Futurist

The American Dairy Products Institute will welcome keynote speaker Jack Uldrich, a well-recognized global futurist and author of eleven books, to address this question and more at their Annual Conference being held today in Chicago.

"I'm confident," says Uldrich, that "innovative farmers and agri-businesses will step up to the plate (no pun intended) and meet the rising global challenges of feeding the growing world population."

He has addressed hundreds of corporations, associations and not-for-profit organizations on five continents. His recent agriculture and agribusiness clients include the Agricultural Production Executives Association (APEA), the Center for the Advancement of Foodservice Education, Ag Partners, and Northwest Farm Credit Services.
