The American Dairy Products Institute will welcome keynote speaker Jack Uldrich, a well-recognized global futurist and author of eleven books, to address this question and more at their Annual Conference being held today in Chicago. 

Uldrich is a frequent speaker on emerging technology, change management and leadership. One of his areas of expertise in agriculture. 

In his recent article, What’s Next in Farming: Ten Trends Transforming Agriculture in 2017–and Beyond he discusses trends of Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Microbiome and Bio-Pesticides, cultured meat and home farming robots, all of which will impact agriculture and dairy production in the coming years.
