Engineering the Future of Tomorrow

Global Futurist and Keynote Speaker Jack Uldrich

Internationally acclaimed futurist Jack Uldrich is confirmed to address a leading diversified industrial group in Denver on April 5.

Global futurist Jack Uldrich says, "Engineering the future of tomorrow starts today."

On Wednesday, April 5 he will deliver his keynote on the Future of Manufacturing in Denver to a multinational manufacturing firm. Addressing a firm that is working directly on and with the technology that Uldrich speaks of may seem daunting to some, but Uldrich says he welcomes the challenge of a well-versed crowd.

"You have to be aware of your limitations. You have to know what you don't know and be willing to seek out answers from those who do know."

A frequent speaker on subjects such as autonomous vehicles, nanotechnology, and metamaterials, Uldrich says the company he is addressing in Denver obviously has a firm grip on the various technological trends that are going to shape the future. But his keynote is as much about the top technological trends as it is about how to embrace and harness them in the most efficient way possible.

What is the most effective way to embrace technology? Uldrich says it has a lot to do with an organizational mindset that includes humility as a key component.

The Big AHA, Uldrich's acronym for Awareness, Humility and Action are what every organization and its leaders need to embrace to ride the wave of technological change that is coming.

To put the concept simply, he says, "You have to be aware of your limitations. You have to know what you don't know and be willing to seek out answers from those who do know."

Following his keynote in Denver, Uldrich will head to Chandler, Arizona to address Blue Cross Blue Shield; Boise, ID to speak with CradlePoint; and Carlsbad, CA to keynote an event for the ILMA (the Independent Lubricant Manufacturers Association.)

His other manufacturing clients also include the American Brush Manufacturing Association, Trane, ABB, the Precision Metalforming Association (PMA), Stiles, Siemens, the IBD, Emerson, Honeywell, Eaton, and the Packaging Machinery Manufacturers Institute (PMMI.)
